This guide describes ambulances in general. What the ambulance for your trip carries, and who travels with the patient, is confirmed by our dispatcher before you book.
For Ad-din Hospital’s own ambulance in Khulna, call the hospital. Its number is on the hospital’s official website. We are a separate service, not part of Ad-din. We do not run its ambulances and cannot speak for it.
If you need the hospital’s own ambulance
- Call the hospital’s emergency line from its official website.
- Give the pickup address and landmark, the patient’s condition and a phone number that stays on.
- Ask for the fare and the arrival time before you agree.
If you need a trip from Khulna to Dhaka
We take patients from a Khulna hospital or home to a Dhaka hospital, or to any other district. The usual route is by road through Jessore and over the Padma Bridge. See our Khulna ambulance service for the route and fare.
- Tell us the hospital the patient is in now, the ward and floor, and the destination in Dhaka.
- Tell us what the doctor advised for the journey, and whether a family member will travel.
- We confirm the vehicle and the full fare before we leave.
This is a long trip. Plan it with the treating doctor, and ask the Dhaka hospital to confirm it can receive the patient before you start. More on Dhaka to any district.
